EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for any payments due to return or exchange the product.
This does not apply to mystery boxes. No returns will be accepted, we can only offer exchanges on these products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Lorenzo Veratti is not responsible for your returns until they land at our warehouse, so any lost returns will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be given on return shipments.
To complete a return, follow these simple steps:
Complete our returns form which will be located in your original delivery (If no returns form is included please email email@example.com to receive a new one).

Depending on your shipping carrier, it may take some time to receive your return or exchange, so please bear with us. We will try to process this as quickly as we can.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty items, we offer a full refund or exchange for a like-for-like item within 30 days of delivery. From 31-60 days, we will offer an exchange on a like-for-like item if available. If not available we will offer a refund. After 60 days from delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Your Klarna invoice will be emailed to you by Klarna as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice period will be shown on your invoice. If you've returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and the date that your payment is due is near, we'd recommend that you mark the item as returned on the Klarna website or in the portal. You'll automatically receive a reminder from Klarna if the date that your payment is due passes. If you've received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact Klarna Customer Service. If you're waiting for your refund: Once your return has been completed by Lorenzo Veratti, you'll get an updated invoice, from Klarna. You'll receive your refund from Klarna within 5-10 working days to your chosen account.
